Terms of Service
Last updated: April 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Maestro, the field service management platform operated at maestrofield.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Maestro provides tools to schedule jobs, manage customers, issue estimates and invoices, accept payments through Stripe, and communicate with customers by SMS and email. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for anything that happens under your account. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Maestro.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you put into Maestro (customer records, jobs, invoices, photos, etc.). You grant us the minimum license we need to store, process, and display that data so the service can run. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and share the customer data you put into Maestro, and for using it in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Maestro to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without written permission.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Resell or rebrand the service without written permission.
Payments
Customer-facing payments (invoices, booking deposits) are processed by Stripe Connect. Maestro does not see or store card numbers. Stripe's fees apply to card transactions and are disclosed during Stripe onboarding.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@maestrofield.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk. On termination we remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Maestro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maestro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
